Associate Software Quality Analyst

The Opportunity:

Bentley Systems is looking for a talented Software Quality Analyst to join SYNCHRO Construction mobile team to help ensure quality of SYNCHRO Field iOS and Android applications. SYNCHRO Field product is the only civil construction management solution in the market with integrated maps and 4D model capabilities. SYNCHRO Field allows access and capturing construction data in the field and it is based on iTwin platform.

As part of the team, you will participate in end-to-end development process from concept to feature implementation. You will work to ensure we are implementing features that meet user needs and expectations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze product requirements, communicate with product management teams 
  • Develop test design of user scenarios, test cases and checklists 
  • Prepare test environments 
  • Execute manual functional testing 
  • Detect, resolve, document and report bugs and errors encountered 
  • Collect comprehensive and relevant data for problem investigation 
  • Strive for excellence constantly to deliver quality product and test faster thought the process 
  • Participate to develop associates on best practices surrounding quality

 

 

Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance theory: principles, methodologies and techniques 
  • Analytical mindset, ability to solve complex logical puzzles 
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment 
  • Ability to work outside of testing principals i.e. able to create test cases and plans without proper requirements or acceptance criteria 
  • Familiar with bug tracking process and tools 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment with minimal supervision 
  • Good communication skills in English

 

 

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks as Cypress, Selenium or similar
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL and scripting
  • API testing experience
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • ISTQB certification or equivalent

Location: Kaunas or Vilnius

 

Please note if you are employed full time salary for this position ranges from 1800 EUR gross (before taxes)
