To identify, maximize and close opportunities within Central Europe* for our software products, services and subscriptions to achieve personal revenue objective. To develop and grow profitable business within Central Europe*, within the Project Delivery/Construction sector. To lead, coach and develop colleagues within a small team, to achieve team objectives.

Working Conditions:

Travel throughout Central Europe* may be required.



  • Coach and mentor colleagues in the adoption & execution of the Bentley Sales Process to achieve team revenue goals
  • Lead internal team pipeline review meetings and undertake a one-on-one mentoring basis
  • Lead, coach and inspire other members of the team to establish campaigns and strategies
  • Identify, maximize and close opportunities, including full documentation within the CRM system
  • Develop sales strategies and plans specific to the assigned industry segment and region to achieve sales revenue goals
  • Apply and execute the Bentley Sales Process to achieve sales revenue goals
  • Develop close effective relationships, coordinates sales plans, and promote sales strategies with users, selected partners in the assigned industry segment and region
  • Prospect solutions and services to companies that design, and build infrastructure in the region
  • Respond to leads/prospects, researching company solutions via corporate websites, seminars and collaborative sourcing efforts
  • Providing webinars to prospects for selected products and offers
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with appropriate corporate marketing, product advancement and operational advancement teams
  • Maintain an appropriate level of product knowledge and commercial programs




  • Business German and English language skill required
  • Educated to bachelor’s degree level
  • 5 years’ relevant experience is required with demonstrable achievement in strategic selling
  • A successful track record of selling software, or technical products or services
  • Excellent written and oral communication as well as strong presentation skills
