Project Management Office Analyst

 

Location: Netherlands (Office / Hybrid / Remote)

 

Position Summary:

 

The Project Management Office Analyst provides support to our project teams ensuring they are set up for success. The role is key to ensuring that all of our projects are properly set up and maintained in our consolidated work planning system, Projector.  The role requires consistency in the set up and monitoring of the data by driving improvements in the quality of existing data, and for ensuring that the systems and processes for collecting and managing our project controls are well established and fit for purpose.

 

The ideal candidate will have a broad range of skills, experience and capabilities as follows:

•            Data quality improvement

•            Systems support

•            Data and Systems analysis

•            Ability to communicate and collaborate internally and externally with consultants and our senior leadership team.

 

There will be no standard day-to-day agenda. The role will require a highly adaptive person who is able to work remotely and at Cohesive offices as required.

 

Your Day-to-Day:

 

  • Responsible for setting up new Opportunities and Projects in in our time reporting system, Projector
  • Run the Proposal Analysis Tool (PATs), 
  • Collate and issue supporting documentation to the Proposal Approval Workflow (PAW)
  • Create opportunities / quotes within C4S for QAA processing
  • Creating Work In Advance of Contracts where requested by the PM and monitoring and updating WIAC schedule
  • Looking at project reporting for budgeting / framework completion rates etc.
  • Supporting project teams in financial and administration functions
  • Logging and monitoring legal requests within the legal portal, raising any issues with the PMO Director 
  • Raising Contractor Purchase Requests, Statement of Works and Due Diligence Requests and routing these through our legal team
  • Raising Material Purchase Requests as appropriate
  • Document Management set up and Project Archiving
  • Working closely with the Bentley QAA team where required to resolve any issues
  • Supporting project governance activities
  • Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports as required

 

What You Bring to The Team:

 

  • Qualifications
    • Desirable: Business Administration National qualifications or similar in a related field
    • Desirable: Professional qualifications in Business Management or similar
  • Experience/Knowledge
    • Ability to work on own initiative, but also seek advice and support when required
    • Good communicator with high standard of written communication, verbal, and numerical reasoning skills
    • Ability to work with large data sets with good problem-solving skills and ability to apply commercial and strategic awareness to problem solving
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
    • A team player with proven experience working as part of an open, collaborative team
    • Well organised with a logical and methodical approach and a good eye for detail
