International Accounts Payable Supervisor

Location: Hoofddorp, Netherlands 

Position Summary:

Are you looking for your next step in your Accounts Payable career? As International AP Supervisor you will be supervising and coordinating the activities of a multicultural team of colleagues covering EMEA and Asia. You will also be expected to assist enhancing global policies and procedures, drive automation and be an advocate of compliant execution. You will be reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager based in Hoofddorp, Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Account Payable Manager with managing the international accounts payable team across EMEA and Asia
• Ensuring efficient, accurate and timely processing of all vendor invoices
• Support the day-to-day accounts payable operations
• Verify that transactions comply with internal policies and procedures
• Review and monitor weekly payment runs
• Analyze current processes and procedures to ensure best practices are implemented
• Actively participate in ongoing AP/P2P projects
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested by Management

What You Bring to The Team:

• Finance related bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Proven team leadership experience
• SOX experience is preferred
• High level of accuracy
• Strong multicultural communication skills
• Roll up your sleeves attitude while maintaining the big picture
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving and demanding environment
• SAP experience preferred
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
