Project Management Enablement Specialist

Position Summary:

 

The Project Management Enablement Specialist improves operational efficiency by creating effective training programs, streamlining communication, and ensuring teams have the resources needed for success. This role supports project managers with the set up and maintenance of projects in the work planning system, enforces service delivery methodologies, and empowers sales teams to sell Cohesive services.

 

This person ensures proper management of project controls and sales deals, aligns enablement strategies with business goals, and tracks performance using key metrics. Success requires strong project management, strategic thinking, and understanding of team dynamics and organizational needs.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Support the services team with the setup and analysis of potential projects.
  • Maintain system and data hygiene by ensuring deals are in HubSpot, helping with the creation of proposals and quotes, and closing deals within HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Create comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of different teams, identifying skill gaps, designing content, and deliver training sessions to sales and project teams. 
  • Responsible for supporting and training the Americas sales, Services delivery managers and project managers on Cohesive’s sales and project delivery processes and all related tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Projector and Workday PSA.
  • Create project reports and monitor for any budgeting, timeline, or other potential issues. Identify risks that may impact the project or the customer.
  • Partner with Services Delivery Managers and project teams in financial and administration functions to ensure alignment and efficiency.  
  • Create and review weekly utilization reports, follow up with appropriate colleagues as needed.
  • Collaborate with other PMO functions to produce regular and ad-hoc reports and provide evidence for annual external audits.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
  • This is an individual contributor role.
  • This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week.
  • This role requires communication with Managers, peers and other colleagues of the company in person, and/or by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions .
  • This role requires minimal travel.
  • Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, project operations, or project management support.
  • Experience editing, creating, and delivering comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of different teams.  
  • Experience with Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA) module, ability to train and support project managers on the use of this tool is highly preferred.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Workday PSA, Projector, Microsoft Project, or SmartSheets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, or similar OR equivalent years of work experience.
