Bentley is looking for a Talent Development Design Specialist to join our Talent Advancement team at our headquarters in Exton, PA. Using instructional design knowledge and experience, the Talent Development Design Specialist will work and consult with Subject Matter Experts to create clear, innovative and engaged learning that effectively meets the developmental needs and goals of the organization. The Talent Development Design Specialist will be expected to create multimedia content along with print-based materials. With a marketing mindset, the Talent Development Design Specialist will assist with the marketing of the Talent Development team and tools; and possess the skills to help promote a socially collaborative environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support a continuous learning model
  • Collaborate with Talent Development Program Managers to identify and analyze learning and development needs and opportunities throughout the organization to produce quality training content and colleague developmental programs
  • Proactively working with subject matter experts to design and develop interactive training programs and corresponding materials including, but not limited to, training design documents, scripts, storyboards, skill development activities, reference guides, assessments, and facilitator guides
  • Analyze learning needs, develop learning content, deploy learning programs, and evaluate learning design
  • Curate or develop learning content and programs by applying a mixture of delivery methods such as live instructor led, OnDemand, virtual classroom, blended instruction, simulations and assessments
  • Write concise, creative, and effective instruction and communication that adheres to corporate branding guidelines and standards
  • Maintain and enhance existing training programs; evaluate, propose, and implement enhancements to existing programs and materials based on changing business needs
  • Serve as the primary contact point and support for ad hoc training activities and content processing which includes, video editing, SCORM course development, Learning Program creation and assignment
  • Assist in creation of company internal Talent Development related communications.
  • Provide day-to-day technical support to all end users of the Talent Development systems and tools.
  • Provide continuous system evaluations for improvement and potential.
  • Continually explore learning systems, design software enhancements and industry trends to add value to the team and organization
  • Give support and resolution of help tickets and trouble shoot issues

 

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years’ experience designing and developing continuous learning programs and materials in a deadline-driven setting
  • Experience with deploying eLearning via a Learning Management System (preferably SuccessFactors) and understanding of SCORM compliance and reporting/tracking completions
  • Project management skills; ability to track and report, identify risks, and to maintain or adjust timelines as needed
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient with Adobe Captivate and/or Articulate products, Adobe design software, Camtasia, and PowerPoint
  • Office 365 knowledge
  • Skills with design programs such as Vyond a plus
  • Ability to create scripts and perform voiceovers
  • Experience creating and managing the production workflow of interactive eLearning and video modules, demonstrations, simulations, surveys, knowledge checks, and assessments
  • Possess solid interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively in a team environment
  • Act as a self-starter with sound judgment and ability to act independently
  • Ability to clearly set expectations for project timelines and adhere to these set timelines
  • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment

Must be able to provide courseware samples.
