Strategic Revenue Execution Lead

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Strategic Revenue Execution Lead, reporting to the leader of our Commercial Center of Excellence, to support implementation and enablement of our strategic revenue initiatives. These initiatives will include quick win opportunities, pilots and in-market experiments, and new commercial model introduction, each driving acceleration of Bentley’s revenue.
This role is a critical link between the company’s commercial strategy and tangible financial results, ensuring both back office and account facing colleague organizations work in a coordinated motion to successfully execute our most critical commercial strategy initiatives allowing them to reach their targeted financial impact.
Responsibilities:

Participate in the “front-end” development of strategic revenue initiatives by servicing as a trusted advisor on critical implementation and execution considerations

Program Management of multiple approved initiatives, including:
- Define and operationalize success metrics for each initiative, including critical activities, dates and owners.
- Drive on-time delivery timelines, supporting milestones and risks
- Tracking progress to live, identifying and escalating all roadblocks, with supporting mitigation plans to stay on target
- Prepare and present high-stakes updates for Bentley executives and cross-functional Director/VP stakeholders, synthesizing complex progress into clear business insights and reporting
- Parter with our Finance Operations and Digital Enablement Colleagues to ensure our ability to track, bill, and report, through both short-term manual solutions and full automation for programs at scale
- Support Product & Technology colleagues with timely information related to product launches, version releases, and other lifecycle management stages

Translate internal executive strategy presentations from approval into cross-functional education and enablement for account facing colleagues in Account Advancement and Finance Operations, including proposed activity sequencing, communication plans, FAQs, training content, and other activities as required

Own the end-to-end financial reporting and reconciliation of commercial initiatives, tracking and validating actual revenue impact against targets over time

Collect, synthesize, and prioritize feedback for improvements for our commercial leaders to allow continuous improvement of our recommendations

This is a full time, highly visible role with frequent interaction, collaboration, and communication with all levels of our organization, including members of our executive leadership team

This is currently an individual contributor role with potential grow into a People Manager with direct reports as our underlying business grows

This is a home-based role with up to 10-20% travel required for in-person collaboration, typically in our Exton headquarters but occasionally requiring travel to other offices, primarily, London and Dublin.

Qualifications:

Strong sense of personal accountability and high attention to detail balanced with ability to work quickly and manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication skills to develop concise recommendations and convey complex supporting rationale in a clear and compelling manner to a range of audiences, including senior executives

Comfort experimenting, learning, and adjusting programs in a complex and uncertain world

Minimum:

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of progressive experience in project or program management
-

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
-

Experience with software pricing and packaging models, including perpetual license, software maintenance, subscription, and consumption models
-

Experience in leading multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion, tracking progress and mitigating impact of delays

Preferred:

Graduate degree or 12+ years of project or program management experience

Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) products or other software designed to increase civil engineer productivity, ideally for infrastructure projects

Familiarity with emerging innovation in SaaS and Artificial Intelligence and current innovation to support growth of these platforms through pricing, packaging, licensing, and contracting
