Location: Exton or Center City Philadelphia office

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product management, development leads, and other developers to complete tasks
  • Design and develop new features and solutions primarily in C#, C++.
  • Perform unit testing during the project to ensure code assets are of quality and satisfy required use cases
  • Work with a team in an agile, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery software development process
  • Demonstrate a commitment to writing testable and maintainable code while actively giving and receiving feedback
  • Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and approaches as needed

     

    Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a software engineer or equivalent
  • Proficient in C++, C# and OOD
  • Proficient in using source control management tools (GIT or Mercurial)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English language
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to maximize productivity
  • Familiarity with reverse engineering of code, debugging and troubleshooting
  • Self-motivated person with the ability to work individually and as part of a team

     

    Desired Skills

  • Algorithms and Data Structure background
  • Knowledge of automation tools like Jenkins
  • Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, memory management, and performance optimization.
  • Has basic knowledge of coordinate geometry and vector algebra
  • Experience developing UIs in WPF – Windows Presentation Foundation.
  • Experience with technologies such as Microsoft Visual Studio, .NET Framework
  • Knowledge of agile scrum development test driven development, Continuous Delivery and DevOps processes
