Sales Learning Specialist


Exton Office, PA


Position Summary:

Bentley is looking for a Sales Learning Specialist to join our Sales Operations team at our headquarters in Exton, PA. Using instructional design knowledge and experience, you will primarily work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the Sales organization, and partner with the Corporate Learning & Development team to create clear, innovative and engaging learning that effectively meets the developmental needs and goals of the organization. You will be expected to create multimedia content along with print-based materials such as instructor and participant guides, quick reference guides and more. With a marketing mindset, you will assist with the marketing of the Sales team internally and support the promotion of a socially collaborative environment.


Your Day-to-Day:

  • Analyze, develop, deploy and evaluate learning needs and programs for the Sales organization
  • Assist with the creation and management of the Sales Onboarding Program
  • Write concise, creative, and effective instruction and communications that adhere to the Bentley Sales Process and corporate branding guidelines and standards
  • Content curation and development; collaborate with sales SMEs to design, develop and implement strategic content in the form of instructor-led, OnDemand, virtual classroom, blended instruction, simulations and assessments
  • Analyze, design, develop and implement supplemental activities to continuously enable salespeople for big initiatives, where relevant
  • Project management skills; exceptional ability to track and report, identify risks, and to maintain or adjust timelines as needed
  • Execute creation and moderation of company confidential virtual meetings and materials
  • Execution of sales learning reporting and analytics


What You Bring To The Team:

  • Experience designing and developing sales-related training programs and materials in a deadline-driven setting
  • Experience with deploying eLearning and blended learning via a Learning Management System (preferably SuccessFactors)
  • Proficient with Camtasia and/or Adobe Captivate
  • Highly proficient with Articulate 360 Suite and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Video Scribe, SharePoint, Office 365 and other Adobe creative suite product skills a plus
  • Ability to create scripts and perform voice overs
  • Experience creating and managing the production workflow of interactive eLearning and video modules, demonstrations, simulations, surveys, knowledge checks, and assessments
  • Possess solid interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively in a team environment
  • Act as a self-starter with sound judgment and ability to act independently while managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to clearly set expectations for project timelines and adhere to these set timelines
