Job Summary:

Bentley is looking for a Sales Learning Specialist to join our Sales Operations team at our headquarters in Exton, PA.  The Sales Learning Specialist will support the critical needs, the effectiveness and productivity of our Sales force through multiple communication outlets while unifying and prioritizing communications and learning. The Sales Learning Specialist is responsible for evaluating, developing, implementing, managing, and overseeing our company's Sales Learning sessions. Sales Learning Specialists main goal is to improve sales skills and drive better sales processes and outcomes, that effectively meet the developmental needs and goals of the organization. 
 

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Partner with and assist internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs
  • Maintain standards and processes related to the Learning and Development Department
  • Work with SMEs, Performance Consultants, Program Managers, Instructional Designers, technical support and Business System Analysis to maximize the system’s capabilities to create and support Sales Learning programs
  • Write concise, creative, and effective instruction and communications that adheres to corporate branding guidelines and standards
  • Content curation and development; curate, develop and apply delivery methods such as instructor-led, OnDemand, virtual classroom, blended instruction, simulations and assessments
  • Create and moderate Adobe Connect session via the Learn module
  • Track and report on training outcomes
  • Provide feedback to program participants and management
  • Keep current on training design and methodology
  • Serve as advisor to our Sales colleagues by answering all their sales related questions and concerns regarding our Sales Learning programs


What You Bring To The Team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Instruction Design, or a related field required
  • Technical expertise in courseware and video authoring tools: Vyond, Camtasia, Captivate, Articulate, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Connect
  • Familiar with administering Learning Management Systems, preferably SuccessFactors Learning and SAP Jam
  • Familiar with administering training solution, preferably Degreed
  • Prior experience working with subject matter experts to design learning
  • Certification in ATD’s Designing Learning preferred
  • Solid organizational skills, including the ability to accomplish demanding timeline objectives, multi-task on assignments and be comfortable with change and continuous improvement
  • Proficient user of: Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, SAP Jam & Web based conferencing applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent engagement and consultative skills, with the ability to effectively interface with all level of management and colleagues
  • Ability to create scripts and perform voice overs
  • Experience creating and managing the production workflow of interactive eLearning and video modules, demonstrations, simulations, surveys, knowledge checks, and assessments
  • Possess solid interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively in a team environment
  • Act as a self-starter with sound judgment and ability to act independently while managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to clearly set expectations for project timelines and adhere to these set timelines
