Paid Media Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Executing lead generating paid media strategies and campaigns across digital ad platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, and other relevant advertising channels
- Trafficking advertising campaigns into digital platforms, including ad creative, keywords, URL UTMs, audience building, and more.
- Ensuring that advertising messages align with client or company objectives

Measuring and executing A/B split testing for ad creative, copy, landing pages, etc to ensure optimal campaign performance.

Running incrementality tests, lift studies, or geo‑experiments

Working with conversion tracking setups (Google Tag Manager, pixels, offline conversions)
- Optimizing and auditing campaigns under supervision of senior Paid Media team members
- Monitoring the performance of online advertising campaigns and reporting the results to relevant stakeholders
- Researching the current media and competitor landscape and keeping up to date with the latest media trends

Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, advertising platform reps, and agency partners

Review, understand and take action based performance dashboards (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) data

Analyzing CAC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates to guide optimization

Qualifications:

2-3 years or greater experience with online paid media platforms such as Google Search, FB & Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, and more.
- Ability to use a variety of advertising analytics tools, databases and spreadsheet programs to track and manage advertising campaigns
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to network

Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Effective at working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
