Job Summary:

We are looking for a suitable candidate to take up the role of Manager, Corporate Communications Programs in Bentley’s Corporate Communications team. The broad job description and responsibilities are summarized below:


The Year in Infrastructure Awards program is Bentley’s important corporate marketing and user recognition program. Now in its 16th year since the launch in 2004, the program has been successfully running and constantly growing in terms of its reach and popularity. Day-to-Day Responsibilities::

  • Lead the overall planning, execution, and program-management of the Year in Infrastructure Awards, Bentley’s annual infrastructure awards competition.
  • Manage the hands-on execution of the program during all its phases, including setting-up of the online submission platform, creation of promotional collaterals and recruitment incentives, all internal and external marketing of the program, managing the submissions pipeline, creating reports to share with stakeholders, tracking in-progress and completed submissions, working with the external jurors for the evaluation of entries and selection of finalists, working with chosen finalists to prepare them for their participation in the Year in Infrastructure Conference, and much more.
  • Prepare and execute the overall marketing and promotion plan for YII Awards with an aim of extensively promoting it to Bentley’s user community through an integrated marketing program. The objective is to create maximum awareness and interest for the competition. The promotion tactics include (but not limited to) email marketing, events, webinars, and social media. Requires close collaboration with the following teams-- Events Marketing, Regional Engagement, Marketing Programs, Social Media, Brand and Content Services, etc.
  • Project-manage the translation of foreign language submissions to English, answer users’ questions about the submission process, manage internal reviews of entries through collaboration with Bentley’s Industry and Product Marketing teams. Liaison with YII Awards jurors and hand-hold them during the jury review process.
  • Create dashboards and analysis of the submission data to present reports and internal updates for all important stakeholders.
  • Manage onsite responsibilities for the Awards at the Year in Infrastructure Conference ( These deliverables include working with various Marketing teams and external jurors for onsite deliberations, working with the finalists for their presentations and other onsite engagements, and working with the Events and other Marketing teams for planning and executing the Awards Ceremony.
  • Identify opportunities and propose refinement of the program to constantly enhance the user experience of the participants and jurors.
  • Work with multi-geography, multi-cultural teams, and collaborate with several internal stakeholders across the Sales and Marketing teams. May also be required to manage a team member and/or intern.


What You Bring To The Team:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • MBA (Marketing) and/or Communications degree preferred
  • Team-player attitude with the ability to network, collaborate, and navigate across various teams to deliver results
  • Excellent Marketing, Communication and Time Management skills
  • Solid understanding of integrated marketing campaigns using multiple tactics and digital channels
  • Ability to efficiently project-manage marketing tasks
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite and social media tools 
  • Previous experience of working with global, geographically distributed teams
