Bentley is looking for a Part-time HR Temp to assist our Talent Advancement team based in our Exton, PA office. This part-time opportunity (25 hours per week), has flexible hours dependent on the availability of the candidate. Core business hours are 8am-5pm. In this role, the candidate will provide administrative assistance as well as assist with projects focused on compliance, the HR legal environment and employee relations.

 

Working with the Senior HR Manager, US & Latin America, projects may include:

  • Completing position reviews utilizing knowledge of the FLSA
  • Reviewing and updating Talent Management tools
  • Assisting in the implementation of an electronic storage solution
  • Assisting in the update of employee handbook policies
  • Assisting in the update and documentation of practices and procedures
  • Working in SuccessFactors, our HRIS system
  • Ad-hoc project support

 

Candidates should have:

  • Experience in HR or have completed coursework in Business and Human Resources
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources Management in the US
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Solid organizational and project management skills

 

Expected duration of assisgnment to December 2019. Opportunity to obtain internship credit for a student studying Human Resources.
