Position Summary:

The Acceleration Group within Bentley Systems is currently looking for an individual for our Director, Accelerated Marketing position. This person should feel comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, startup environment and understand go to market strategies, while having a strong background in Product Marketing. Our division is driving product and business growth and looking for people who can help us write and tell the story of Bentley’s innovative technology and why our products, solutions, and services are the best in the industry and help differentiate our users among their competitors. If you are excited about building marketing campaigns from the ground up, have experience in the B2B world, and enjoy working on a close-knit, dynamic marketing team, we would like to talk to you.  

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building out successful GTM strategies using best practices and tactics to accelerate market penetration
  • Lead content strategy and develop marketing assets including online product pages, videos, e-books, blogs, reference selling, and more
  • Manage relationships and projects with creative agencies, contractors, and other outside contributors.
  • Lead and work with a team of executive stakeholders to grow and support strategic needs and business outcomes.
  • Develop and manage marketing budget for multiple business entities
  • Oversee and contribute to the creation of sales enablement tools that communicate differentiated value and align to the buyer’s journey.
  • Direct the creation of compelling campaigns and offers focused on each target audience to shorten sales cycles and drive leads
  • Drive demand generation, analyze MQLs, and measure impact on the marketing pipeline
  • Implement improvements to accelerate conversion rates at each stage of the sales funnel
  • Define and prioritize target audiences within each addressable market
  • Gather and analyze market data (users, prospects, competitors) as input into marketing and product planning
  • Partnering with the pre-sales, product management and sales team in the definition of product strategies, the specification of new product offerings and ensuring all product information is kept up-to-date
  • Hands on management of the CRM platform, marketing automation tools, and other systems that drive the business. 
  • Provide timely analytics and reports on campaign results, pipeline growth, and other key indicators.
  • Able to work fluently with corporate and product marketing so we can take advantage of synergies and scale some of our efforts

 

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of B2B SaaS software marketing experience.
  • Related degree in Marketing / Engineering field (MBA a plus) or 5+ years working in a position that requires AEC marketing domain knowledge.
  • A dynamic and confident leader that is comfortable engaging with senior executives.
  • Experienced at delivering measurable business results from high-profile, complex, and fast-paced demand generation programs involving multiple disciplines and personalities.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced work environment with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce or other CRM system
  • Experience with GoToWebinar or On24
  • Experience with eCommerce
  • This is a hands-on role (you will be doing the work, not managing the work)
