Position Summary:

User Operations Specialist role offers an exciting work opportunity and to be part of one of the leading infrastructure engineering software companies.

The role involves working in the order to cash workflow, managing complex processes, contract setup, invoice adjustments, order processing end to end for a global region including verifying purchase order documents and managing contracts strictly in line with the company guidelines and policies. If you have effective communication skills, are well organised, ability to multitask and hold yourself accountable, then this is the role for you.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure activities align with established TAT and standards.
  • Process Enterprise customer orders and adjustments as per the Bentley policies and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders via email and phone to resolve any issues on the order processing procedures and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate CRM contract records and update order tracking systems.
  • Collecting and analysing operational data to respond to stakeholder’s queries or disputes and presenting findings to inform decision-making.
  • Perform back-office functions to support sales teams reach revenue goals.
  • Provide timely, professional and quality service to user base.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ experience working in an order to cash (order fulfilment, contract administration) or shared services environment.
  • Fluent English, additional European languages will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with Salesforce, productivity applications, and platforms an added advantage.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
  • High level of accuracy in managing processes, conducting audits, and preparing reports. Ensuring meticulous execution of tasks to maintain quality standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to team members and different stakeholders. Ability to present complex data and insights in an understandable manner.
  • Ability to identify issues quickly, think critically, and develop effective solutions. Strong troubleshooting skills to address operational challenges.
  • Superior ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines. Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and evolving business needs. Willingness to learn and embrace new technologies and methodologies.
