Senior User Operations Specialist

The successful colleague is required to attend the office 1-2 times every week, and additionally whenever needed for system changes, training, activities, etc.

 

 

Position Summary:

 

Join Bentley Systems as a Senior User Operations Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in our order-to-cash workflow. This position involves managing complex processes, including contract setup, invoice adjustments, and end-to-end order processing for a global region. Your expertise will ensure that all activities align with Bentley's guidelines and policies, enhancing our digital transformation journey.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead daily operations to ensure activities meet established turnaround times and standards.
  • Process enterprise customer orders and adjustments in accordance with Bentley's policies and guidelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders via email and phone to resolve order processing issues and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate CRM contract records and update order tracking systems.
  • Analyze operational data to respond to stakeholder queries or disputes and present findings to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support sales teams in achieving revenue goals through efficient back-office functions.
  • Deliver timely, professional, and high-quality service to our user base.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience, with 2-5 years in an order-to-cash or shared services environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other productivity applications and platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets.
  • High level of accuracy in managing processes, conducting audits, and preparing reports to maintain quality standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify issues quickly, think critically, and develop effective solutions.
  • Superior time management skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and evolving business needs, with a willingness to learn and embrace new technologies and methodologies.
