Senior UX Designer

 Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)

Position Summary:

We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our global team and be the voice of our users, ensuring that their needs are at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities: 

• Champion User-Centered Design: You'll lead user research, from interviews to usability testing, and translate those findings into powerful insights and design improvements. 
• Create and Innovate: You will develop everything from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity, interactive prototypes that solve complex problems for our users. 
• Collaborate Globally: Work closely with a diverse, international team of designers, product managers, and engineers to define requirements and deliver elegant solutions.
• Mentor and Lead: As a senior member of the team, you will guide and mentor junior UX colleagues, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of design excellence. 
• Own the Experience: You will manage the UX workflow for a product area, ensuring consistency with our design system and contributing to its evolution.

Qualifications: 

• Extensive Experience: 7+ years in UX design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your problem-solving skills and design process. Experience with cloud products is a significant plus.
• Deep UX Expertise: Proficiency in the full range of UX competencies, including user research, interaction design, and information architecture, with a keen eye for detail. 
• A Strategic Mindset: The ability to align user needs with business goals and to articulate design decisions to stakeholders at all levels. 
• Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of technical constraints and how they apply to designing for various platforms.
• Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication skills and experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Tooling Proficiency: Expertise with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. 
• Educational Foundation: A degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, User Experience, or a related field.
