Senior Project Manager – Integration & Interoperability

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)

Position summary:

Bentley Systems is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery execution for high‑impact workstreams within our Integration and Interoperability initiative. This role is focused on driving predictable, high‑quality delivery across complex, cross‑functional teams, ensuring that agreed scope is translated into executable plans and outcomes.

You will operate at the center of Product, Engineering, UX, and Architecture, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to multi‑team delivery efforts. This is a hands‑on execution role for someone who thrives in fast‑moving, technically complex environments and who excels at surfacing risks early, aligning stakeholders, and keeping delivery on track.

Responsibilities:

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned projects or workstreams within the Integration & Interoperability portfolio.

• Translate agreed scope into clear delivery plans, milestones, and execution schedules.
• Drive day‑to‑day execution using Azure DevOps (ADO) and GitHub, ensuring delivery transparency and flow.
• Identify, track, and actively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Run delivery ceremonies and establish a consistent execution cadence across teams.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, UX, architecture, and product partners to unblock progress.
• Provide clear, concise, and timely status reporting, including risks, mitigation options, and recommendations.
• Escalate issues early with context, options, and impact analysis.
• Continuously improve delivery predictability, quality, and time‑to‑market.
• Act as a trusted delivery partner, helping teams balance speed, quality, and sustainability.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or Technical Program Management roles.
• Strong experience delivering software and/or cloud‑based services in enterprise environments.
• Proven track record managing Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps (required); familiarity with tools such as Aha! is a plus.
• Strong data‑driven mindset, using metrics and outcomes to guide execution decisions.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve delivery workflows, planning, or reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate work across multiple teams and disciplines.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to clearly articulate delivery status, risks, and outcomes to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proven ability to drive alignment and influence without direct authority.
• Experience negotiating trade‑offs and building consensus across cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a strong record of identifying and mitigating obstacles to accelerate delivery.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on execution excellence and measurable outcomes.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
