Senior Manager, Global Campaigns

Date: Jul 24, 2026

Location: Dublin 2, IE

Company: Bentley Systems

Location: Hybrid 1-2 days per week in Dublin, Ireland.

Position Summary:

Bentley Systems is building a world-class Global Campaigns function to drive integrated, full-funnel campaigns across its strategic growth priorities in infrastructure engineering software. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Global Campaigns, based in Dublin, to help lead that build. This role owns campaigns focused on our small business segment and works closely with sales teams to turn pipeline goals into activation.

This is a role for a seasoned campaign strategist who thinks like a growth marketer,  someone who understands the full funnel from awareness to pipeline, obsesses over what moves the needle, and orchestrates multi-channel campaigns across all marketing channels. You own campaigns from brief to retrospective, bring data-driven thinking to every decision, and know how to hold a cross-functional team accountable without micromanaging it.

We are actively building AI-powered workflows into how we run campaigns, using agents to accelerate copy production, automate reporting, and streamline coordination. We want someone genuinely curious about what can be automated and interested in helping maintain and evolve those systems. We are in build mode; the right person is comfortable being hands-on while the team scales.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Performance

    • Own campaigns end-to-end, brief development, production schedule, gate reviews, launch, in-flight optimization, and retrospective.

    • Bring a test-and-learn mindset, propose hypotheses, design A/B tests, and make data-driven optimization decisions in-flight.

    • Own performance reviews and biweekly optimization meetings with channel teams, analyze KPIs, propose pivots, drive decisions.

    • Build performance narratives for leadership, translating data into clear stories about what's working and what we're doing about it.

    • Connect campaign activity to business outcomes, pipeline contribution, closed-won, conversion rates, and awareness metrics, not just channel metrics.

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration & Playbooks

    • Create global campaign playbooks for field marketing teams to localize and activate their regions.

    • Lead campaign kickoffs and gate reviews, serving as the primary interface with key marketing stakeholders to coordinate inputs, manage review cycles, and keep everyone aligned.

    • Coordinate with Sales and SDR teams on launch briefings, talk tracks, and lead follow-up timing.

    • Design and own campaigns tailored to the small business segment, adapting messaging, offers, and channel mix to shorter sales cycles and smaller deal sizes.

    • Partner closely with small business sales leadership to align campaign timing, lead volume, and qualification criteria with sales capacity.

  • AI & Automation

    • Actively explore how AI tools and agents can improve campaign workflows, copy production, reporting, asset coordination, and briefing.

    • Help maintain and iterate on AI agents built into our campaign production workflow.

    • Identify what slows the team down and ask whether AI can solve it, bring ideas and experiment.

  • Minimal travel (1-2x per year) may be required.

  • Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).

Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years in integrated campaign management, demand generation, or growth marketing in a B2B environment.

  • Proven track record owning multi-channel campaigns end-to-end, brief to launch to optimization, not just one part of the funnel.

  • Growth marketing mindset, you think in hypotheses, design tests, use data to make decisions, and know the difference between a metric and an insight.

  • Strong media literacy enough to brief channel teams, ask the right questions, and drive quality outputs.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and build-phase environments, you create structure rather than waiting for it.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation (Marketo, CRM (Salesforce), and project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Jira)

  • Genuine curiosity about AI and automation eager to help build and maintain the systems that make the team faster.

  • Experience running campaigns for a small business or SMB segment, or working in close partnership with sales teams on pipeline and lead handoff, a plus.

  • Enterprise software, infrastructure, or technical industry background a plus.
