Position Summary:
Bentley Systems are seeking an experienced Salesforce Associate to support day to day operations, usability, and data integrity of the Salesforce platform. This role focuses on maintaining a clean, reliable, and user-friendly system that enables sales, marketing, and customer success teams to operate efficiently.
A Salesforce Associate handles day to day platform administration, user support, and data maintenance, ensuring system usability. Key responsibilities include creating reports and dashboards, troubleshooting user issues, performing data cleanup, and assisting with minor configuration changes, such as updating page layouts, under guidance of SFDC Administrators.

 

Responsibilities:

Data Management

  • Maintaining data quality through cleaning, importing, and deduplicating records.
  • Supporting data hygiene initiatives across accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities.
  • Assisting with data audits and enforcing basic governance standards.

System Configuration

  • Making minor, low code enhancements, including modifying object fields, page layouts, and record types code enhancements, including modifying object fields, page layouts, and record types.
  • Supporting configuration updates under the guidance of senior admins or developers.
  • Assisting with basic automation such as validation rules or simple flows (where appropriate).

Reporting & Analytics

  • Creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Supporting sales and leadership teams with ad hoc reporting requests hoc reporting requests.
  • Ensuring reports and dashboards are accurate, up to date, and aligned with business definitions.

Platform Support

  • Serving as a liaison between users and senior admins/developers, resolving bugs, and providing training.
  • Responding to user questions and troubleshooting common Salesforce issues.
  • Supporting colleague onboarding and offboarding.
  • Creating or maintaining basic user documentation and “how-to” guides  to” guides.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Associate or similar Salesforce role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Sales Cloud required, Service Cloud desirable).
  • Experience supporting B2B sales processes, ideally within a SaaS or engineering/technical environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data management tools.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Flow (Process Builder experience a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
