Position Summary:


The Cloud Productivity Administrator is part of the Client productivity group which focuses on delivering solutions in the systems configuration area as well as Microsoft Office365 solutions. The client productivity administrator is responsible for workstation/server/mobile configuration management, Windows updates, antivirus, software deployment and so on. In the coming period we will keep assessing the cloud capabilities where it comes to systems configuration management and it is our goal to migrate to a full cloud model for configuration management using Microsoft 365 technologies (Azure and Office 365). 


We are looking for both junior and senior enthusiastic engineers that love to dive into current and as well as new technologies to master the use of these technologies and enhance the productivity for everyone who works at Bentley.


Your Day-to-Day:


  • Architect, propose and develop system configuration management solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Improving, administering and monitoring of the Configmgr (SCCM) infrastructure.
  • Evaluation and deployment of Microsoft security updates, collections, packages, and advertisements.
  • Creation, testing, deployment and maintenance of software distribution packages on corporate standard applications such as Adobe, Microsoft, VMware, Java, etc.
  • Administration of ESET Security management center
  • Migrating current tools towards Azure and Office 365 configuration management technologies
  • Responsible for documenting technical requirements & functional use of enterprise business applications.
  • Participate in Incident, Change and Problem management in an ITSM tool.
  • Any other duty as assigned by management.


What You Bring To The Team:


  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • Eager to learn implement new technologies.
  • Understanding of system configuration management in and Enterprise environment.
  • Understanding of scripting.
  • Ability to plan, document, and effectively implement projects and systems.


 Additional Desired Skills:


  • Experience with SCCM (, collections, Update deployment, OSD, software deployment, baselining)
  • Azure/AzureAD/Intune experience
  • Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPO) creation and management.
  • Modern device management (Windows autopilot)
  • A good working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, & WMI.
  • Experience with SQL & WQL queries.
  • Industry certifications such as: Microsoft certs, A+, Network+, etc.
  • ITIL foundation certification.
