Position Summary:

We are hiring a Channel Coordinator to assist with managing all the administration associated with the operations of the global Channel Partner Program.  The candidate will be exposed to the wide scope of the channel operations and to many aspects of corporate marketing, online training, order processing and IT. This is a key position with great potential for career growth within our global Channel Operations Team.

 

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Assisting in Channel Operations duties, drafting Channel Partner Agreements and other contractual documents
  • Coordinating of Channel Partner Marketing activities and managing marketing funds
  • Planning and coordinating online seminars to Channel Partners on Bentley Strategic Brands
  • Promoting and managing video materials online for Channel Partners
  • Supporting the development of Channel Partner Communications, Campaigns and Regional Events
  • Assisting in hosting regional onsite Channel Partner sales training for Bentley Strategic Brands
  • Assisting in the effective communication and promotion of the Channel Program within Bentley and externally to current/prospective Channel Partners
  • Managing Channel Partner Communications on latest news and updates
  • Effective communication with internal departments and Channel Partners to ensure revenue is booked
  • Collaborating with IT professionals to effectively support the Channel Partner Platform maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and support in Cloud for Channel

 

What You Bring to The Team:

  • University Degree or equivalent
  • Operations or sales background with at least 3-5 years’ work experience as an operations administrator, coordinator or sales administrator
  • Advanced Excel is a must
  • Great attention to detail
  • Great command of English, both verbal and written
  • Highly motivated, ambitious and proactive
  • “Can do” Attitude.
  • A good communicator with strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Additional language skills are beneficial but not necessary
