Position Summary:
Bentley Systems is seeking a digitally savvy and execution-focused Campaign Enablement Associate to help transform our sales team into industry influencers through strategic social selling and professional community-building activities. This role also supports the planning and delivery of sales-led webinars that drive high-converting leads and measurable sales pipeline. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with B2B social media, digital engagement tactics, and is confident working directly with sales professionals in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Coach and enable sales colleagues to grow high-impact LinkedIn profiles and build engaged online communities.
- Support the development and rollout of social selling campaigns: create post templates, messaging calendars, and engagement strategies.
- Assist in planning, promoting, and executing sales-led webinars—including logistics, speaker coordination, campaign promotion, attendee follow-ups, and CRM lead routing.
- Track and report on key performance metrics for social selling and webinars (e.g., engagement, MQLs, pipeline contribution).
- Create and maintain playbooks, templates, and concise training materials on social selling and digital influence best practices.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to align on messaging, personas, content strategy, and influencer tactics.
- Ensure smooth internal coordination across teams and platforms for campaigns and webinars.
- Repurpose content into formats suitable for social media posts, nurturing emails, and LinkedIn engagement.
- Stay current with digital selling trends, social platform updates, B2B engagement strategies, and B2B influencer marketing techniques —and provide actionable insights.
What You Bring to The Team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work/training experience.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales enablement, or social media coordination in a B2B context.
- Experience coaching individuals or teams on building an online presence and using content to grow influence.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling, authentic social copy.
- Proficient with tools such as LinkedIn (including Sales Navigator), Cognism, Salesforce, Salesloft, ON24, and Marketo.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly present enablement concepts.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and proactive mindset with a strong interest in digital engagement, social selling, and community building.
- Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset and a strong sense of initiative.
- Confidence in presenting ideas and leading workshops or training sessions.
- Bonus: Experience supporting webinars, LinkedIn Live, or community engagement activities.
