Consultant - AssetWise Reliability
Date: Nov 3, 2025
Location: Dubai, AE
Company: Bentley Systems
Consultant – AssetWise Reliability
Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid / Home -based within UAE)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and driven Consultant to join our Professional Services team, implementing AssetWise Reliability (APM) across asset-intensive industries in the Middle East. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and technology — ideal for professionals who combine a deep understanding of reliability, inspection, and maintenance concepts with hands-on experience deploying enterprise software solutions such as CMMS or EAM systems.
As part of a close-knit regional team, you will lead end-to-end project delivery — from requirements gathering and system configuration to integration, testing, and user enablement. Your work will directly support clients in industries such as oil and gas, energy, utilities, and mining, helping them improve asset performance and operational reliability.
You’ll report to the Services Director for EMEA and collaborate with global colleagues on complex, high-impact projects. The position is based in Dubai, with flexibility for remote work within the UAE and travel of around 25% to customer sites across the Middle East.
Responsibilities:
-
Lead the configuration and deployment of AssetWise Reliability (APM) and related Bentley solutions, ensuring alignment with client business processes and project goals.
 -
Translate customer requirements into functional and technical designs, supporting workshops, documentation, and solution definition.
 -
Manage the full software implementation lifecycle, including data migration, integration with systems such as SAP, Maximo, or Oracle, testing, and user acceptance.
 -
Provide expert guidance on asset management and reliability best practices — including RCM, RBI, FMEA, and failure analysis.
 -
Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions (onsite and remote), ensuring successful adoption and long-term system value.
 -
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across EMEA to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
 -
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to optimize configuration approaches and implementation methodologies.

Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent professional experience and training.
 -
3–5 years of experience implementing CMMS, EAM, or reliability-focused software (e.g., AssetWise Reliability, IBM Maximo, SAP PM, HxGN EAM, AVEVA APM, or similar).
 -
Solid understanding of reliability, inspection, and maintenance processes within asset-intensive industries (oil & gas, utilities, energy, mining, or transportation).
 -
Technical knowledge of databases (SQL, Oracle) and system integration approaches (APIs, web services, middleware).
 -
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities, with a hands-on approach to solution delivery.
 -
Excellent communication and client engagement skills, capable of collaborating effectively across technical and business teams.
 -
Certifications such as CMRP or membership in the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) are an advantage.
 -
Willingness to travel (approx. 25%).
