Location- Hybrid, Delhi, Pune, Mumbai

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven professional to focus on expanding the adoption of Bentley technologies in academic institutions, while building strong collaborations with industry partners to align education with workforce needs. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong relationship management skills to deliver impactful programs, training, and awareness initiatives that strengthen Bentley’s presence in both academia and industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive expansion of Bentley technologies across universities and technical institutions through outreach and software adoption.
• Align education initiatives with industry recruitment needs by collaborating with Bentley industry users.
• Plan and manage education activities such as webinars, workshops, and on-campus events.
• Coordinate with colleagues from different departments to support cross-functional program management activities.
• Oversee end-to-end program management for technical training delivery and awareness-building initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder engagement to ensure continuous growth in Bentley application usage and software adoption.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to sustain and expand Bentley Education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (equivalent experience may be considered).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Users Success, Account Management, or a similar user-facing role within a software vendor or AEC infrastructure organization.
• Strong understanding of India’s education ecosystem
• Proficiency in one or more Bentley software applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• User focused mindset with proven ability to manage multiple accounts and build strong relationships.
• Professional presence, resilience, and solution-oriented approach to stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel to academic institutions and Bentley industry partners across India.
