Digital Transformation Solutions Specialist
Location: Hybrid, India
Position Summary:
The Digital Transformation Solutions Specialist will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting digital transformation initiatives within the organization for Partner Ecosystem. This role focuses on deploying digital solutions, ensuring their seamless integration into business operations, and providing ongoing technical support. The Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the adoption of innovative technologies that drive operational efficiency and enhance Partner experiences
Your Day-to-Day:
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Deployment and Integration
- Access business needs, identify and recommend digital solutions tailored to address specific business needs and challenges
- Lead the implementation of technologies such as cloud platforms, workflow automation, analytics tools, and CRM systems
- Ensure smooth integration of new systems with existing infrastructure while minimizing disruptions
- Technology Evaluation and Optimization
- Conduct thorough evaluations of emerging technologies and select tools that align with organizational goals
- Optimize deployed solutions by fine-tuning configurations and workflows to maximize efficiency
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Support
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide stakeholders training, documentation, and support to ensure effective adoption of implemented solutions
- Process Optimization and Analysis
- Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend digital tools to optimize them
- Develop and document new processes to align with digital transformation goals
- Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
- Establish metrics and KPIs to track the performance of digital solutions
- Analyze results to identify improvement opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Change Management and Communication
- Develop and implement change management plans to drive user adoption of new technologies
- Provide regular project updates, milestones, and reports to relevant stakeholders effectively

- Provide seamless support to all stakeholders, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal solution performance
- Act as a technical expert and advisor, helping teams understand and utilize new tools effectively
- Drive measurable improvements in process efficiency, stakeholder’s satisfaction, and business outcomes
- Stay updated on the latest digital transformation trends and tools to recommend cutting-edge solutions
What You Bring to The Team:
Skills Required
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in deploying and managing ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce), process automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate), and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Experience with analytics platforms to measure solution performance and effectiveness
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable improvements
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective resolutions promptly
- Task Planning and Implementation:
- Proficiency in planning, executing, and monitoring solution implementation projects
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
- Ability to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and drive alignment toward shared goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT support, or solution implementation roles
- Certifications in relevant areas such as Agile (CSM, PMI-ACP), ITIL, or PMP are a plus
- Hands-on experience with tools like SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms will be preferred
- Proven experience with deploying and supporting digital solutions in a dynamic business environment
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and practices
