Position Summary:

 

As a Business Solution Support Specialist within Bentley Systems' Partner Programs team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our global network of partners. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional program support, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance to Bentley Partners, to maximize the effectiveness of various business solutions facilitating their success in promoting, selling, and implementing Bentley’s software products and solutions.

As a Business Solution Support Specialist, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across various departments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and effective support of Bentley's partners worldwide.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Bentley's partners, providing timely and effective support, guidance, and assistance
  • Address partner inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to internal teams for resolution
  • Utilize ticketing systems or other tracking tools to document and prioritize support requests
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure their needs are met, and they receive the necessary support to drive success
  • Develop and maintain materials, documentation, and resources to support partner enablement and knowledge transfer
  • Ensure high partner sentiment score by ensuring timely and efficient support
  • Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their interests
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams internally, including partner operations, partner enablement and other business units
  • Facilitate collaboration and support between Bentley and its partners, fostering a mutually beneficial partnership ecosystem

 

 

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of software applications and IT (Information Technologies) infrastructure
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Effective communication, both verbal and written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional support and service
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Ability to work independently but should also have a collaborative mindset with the capability to work cross-functionally and build effective relationships internally and externally
  • Regular reporting and performance management

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of business processes and workflows along with experience in business solution platforms such as ERP systems, CRM software, or collaboration tools
  • Working experience in partner programs, support, and/or partner operations roles
  • Experience in providing technical support & troubleshooting issues
  • Familiarity with software industry best practices, partner ecosystems, and their dynamics
  • Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to drive insights and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of Bentley's products, solutions, and partner programs is a plus

Accountability

As a Business Solution Support Specialist, Partner Programs, you are accountable for providing exceptional support & guidance to Bentley's partner network, ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of partner program tools, driving partner engagement contributing to the success and growth of Bentley's partner programs.

Qualifications/Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, information technology, business administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in technical support, troubleshooting software applications, system administration, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and related software applications, business solution platforms such as ERP systems, CRM software, and collaboration tools
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Knowledge of business processes, workflows, and best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
