Position Summary

ConstructHelix, a Bentley Acceleration group is looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to join our Product Management team. ConstructHelix is a fast-growing practice with focus on designing, developing, and delivering a technology platform for the construction industry.

 

As a Product Manager, you will be expected to develop a thorough understanding of the industry and our platform, and to use this knowledge to help craft the next generation of products. The successful candidate will work independently with cross functional teams to determine what is needed to successfully build and deploy products based on market requirements and to coordinate with Business Development and Technical teams to ensure product alignment and readiness.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research including collecting customer feedback and performing market and industry analysis activities to identify and prioritize product requirements
  • Define and refine product strategy and roadmap
  • Write functional specifications which convert user requirements into actionable software design
  • Maintain product launch plans
  • Document new product functionality and processes
  • Create standard presentations and demo scripts and support Pre-Sales
  • Aggressively promote brand through outward-facing engagements
  • Conduct Competitive Analyses (e.g. SWOT) and Win/Loss Analyses
  • Document competitive threats and related industry news

 

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of 10-12 years as a successful software product manager or owner
  • Be customer-oriented with great listening and communication skills with a high level of business acumen who is driven by results and metrics and thrives in a cross functional environment
  • Proven track record of proactively identifying and mitigating obstacles to accelerate time to market.
  • Experience with developing and supporting products or platform architectures in Cloud SaaS environments.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, managing roadmaps and backlogs in Azure DevOps
  • Experience applying a data-driven approach to analyzing and reacting to market adoption.
  • Experience in the construction technology industry – preferably in planning, field and/or BIM is a big PLUS
  • Exposure to Digital Twins technology is preferred
  • Bachelor's STEM degree and/or MBA
