Services Manager, ANZ

Position Summary:

The Service Manager for the ANZ area will report to the Senior Director of APAC Region and will be responsible for supporting service delivery to users in ANZ. It is expected that they would work collaboratively with the other service leaders and account advancement team in the APAC region.

The Service Manager must be a user-centric professional who focuses on driving successful outcomes from service deliveries that ultimately drive usage and adoption of Bentley technology. They need to be people-oriented, highly motivated, and possess excellent organizational skills.

 

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Responsible for the efficient day to day operation of the Success Services team in ANZ, which includes but is not limited to:
    • Attainment and maintenance of all KPIs.
    • Provide high quality resources and outcome driven service delivery for users.
  • Responsible for executing service contracts effectively, working in collaboration with Project Managers, Success Managers, and wider Account Advancement team driving project outcomes.
  • Monitor services projects, identify, and mitigate project risks, facilitate, and support escalation/resolutions of issues to ensure successful delivery of the services.
  • Provide inputs and ideas to drive continuous improvements of service delivery.
  • Effective engagement with the users (presales and post-delivery), and the wider Solution Engineering team and the Account Advancement team.
  • Responsible for creating of the service proposals that ensure company profitability and align with the overall ANZ businesses.
  • Assist in the creation of additional new service offering as required, including statement of work, workflow, solution, etc.

 

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Min 10 Yrs of experience working in a consulting and Service Delivery role
  • Experience of managing services deliveries
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in every aspect of the role is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business process & operations and apply appropriate delivery approach.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task are also key requirements as you will be operating in a fast-moving environment with moving timescales.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual, with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Must be able to communicate with current and potential users, as appropriate.
  • Must have a commitment to enhancing user experience.
  • Must have a commitment to deliver successful outcomes for the users.
  • System skills and general Microsoft office proficiency (essential)
  • Understanding of infrastructure project lifecycle, AEC, and general Information Technology Methodology.
