The Advancement Manager (AM), Water will help to drive customer acquisition and recurring revenue growth objectives within the rapidly growing Water Digital Twins (WDT) industry. This position will be responsible for developing, delivering and exceeding key pipeline and revenue targets in support of Bentley’s Global Sales Teams and will report directly to the Advancement Director, Water. (AD)

 

 

  1. Supporting Bentley Global Sales Teams to drive the accelerated customer acceptance and value recognition of Water Digital Twins Solutions.
  2. Personally generate in excess of $1.2m of new business growth per annum. Working in close partnership with account managers (AM)
  3. Personally generate in excess of $2.4 m of new pipeline growth per annum. Working in close partnership with AM's and Regional Directors.
  4. Personally will be working with AM's on a minimum of 10 active and qualified opportunities at any one time.
  5. Generating a minimum of 10 new qualified leads per week and handing over to the respective AM
  6. Following up and qualifying a minimum of 10 marketing generated leads per week. Once qualified then triaging leads with the respective account manager to convert  (AM)
  7. Prospecting and identifying a minimum of 5 new opportunities per week within the existing Bentley user base and allocating to AM's.
  8. Completing a minimum of 10 Cold calls per week within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of leads/opportunities.
  9. Generate and attend at least 10 unique customer sales meetings per week. (Online or Offline as permitted)
  10. Identify at least 2 potential new customers per week, together with the respective C level decision makers within the customer organization. Present this to AM using a POST.
