The Subscriptions Renewals Organization is a key component to Bentley's overall sales strategy. Our mission is to deliver value and drive exceptional financial results by providing outstanding sales and service activities to our existing user base and resellers and be responsible for the management and generation of high subscription retention rates for Bentley.

 

Bring your successful track record in recurring revenue management and operations leadership to Bentley in this key contributor role as a Subscription Renewal Senior Manager with our Asia Subscription Renewals Team. 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maximize the Bentley revenue from the assigned customers within your region, working with those customers to develop and increase ongoing SELECT retention.  Carrying full revenue responsibility (quota) for your assigned team.
  • The Renewals Senior Manager is responsible for ensuring the ongoing achievement of sales and renewal rate targets across the Subscription Renewal team.  
  • Managing a team of Renewal Sales Representatives, providing leadership and participate in recruiting, mentoring, performance management and training activities geared toward building a team of Subscriptions Sales Representatives into a highly responsive team that meets and exceeds performance standards
  • Develop and implement strategic sales programs to support SELECT retention, expansions, growth and acquisition efforts.
  • Evaluate business trends and present data and recommendations to management team to improve SELECT retention and revenue.
  • Maintain an appropriate level of Product/Solution knowledge.
  • Maintain 100% data quality management in SAP.

 

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Software Renewals Management.
  • You're a results-focused professional with strong initiative and clear goals and will combine these traits with our team approach to best-in-class client service. 
  • Articulate in both verbal and written communication and capable of communicating at a senior management level.
  • Self-motivated, determined, work well on their own initiative, have a “can do” attitude
  • A strong team player.
  • Able to consult with customers on solutions. Customer focused; people orientated and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • High energy level, enthusiasm, flexibility and positive attitude with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Possess a strong sales operations / sales process discipline and knowledge of SAP CRM.
  • SaaS business experience a plus.
