Accountant

Position Summary 

Responsible for preparing and processing of the wage agenda of the company, and the related obligations under the legislation in the region 

Responsibilities 

• Project consulting for projects in the fields of property, economy, controlling according to the orders of the project manager 

• Preparation of project documentation related to analytical work for projects in accordance with the regulations of the project manager 

• Participation in project workshops and project meetings according to the requirements of the project manager 

• Processing of double-entry accounting of the company according to legislative regulations in the region 

• Control and registration of funds in the company, cash flow planning 

• Preparation and processing of the wage agenda of the company, and the related obligations under the legislation in the region 

• Financial management of the company. 

• In case of on-call time, to ensure the tasks ordered by the Employer 

Supervisory Responsibilities 

Required Knowledge, Skills or Abilities 

• AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred 

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience required  

• A complete or comprehensive understanding of accounting practices and procedures 

• The ability to act responsibly and ethically when working with sensitive financial information 

• Solid communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing 

• Computer literacy 

• Strict attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and a high level of accuracy 

• Strict adherence to confidentiality 

• Ability to handle a fast-paced work atmosphere 

• Strong people skills – a polite and professional demeanor when working with other companies, as well as consumers and coworkers 

• The willingness and ability to comply with local, state, and federal financial regulations, as well as the regulations established by the company itself
