Bentley Institute Account Manager Location: Beijing

Opportunity: As Bentley Institute Account Manager, you will be reporting to Manager, Bentley Institute. You are a highly energetic self-starter with pioneering spirit and passion for academia who would be excited to get up every morning thinking about making Bentley a household name in the academic world. Responsibilities:
•Achieve Goals to expand academic contracts and sales quota for assigned territories.•Coordinate with Sales teams to engage with Connect Adoption users, prioritizing their software adoption and learning skills with Bentley technology.•Develop and grow business relationships in existing and new Universities, Institutes, Polytechnics, etc.•Maintain Subscriptions to have exponential growth with academic outreach.•Manage and coordinate with channel partners and resellers•Coordinate with Global Training Partner for start-up training partner program with local team.•Execute calling campaigns and lead generation in sync with Global Program Management and Regional Marketing teams.•Adoption of Bentley technology by both “landing” and “expanding” with academia and Industry.•Work closely with BIM Academy team to explore User collaborations for establishment of BIM Advancement Academies with Users and Universities•Coordinate with BDN Program Management team for Bentley Developer Network (BDN) sales•Other duties as assigned
Essential Skills:
•3-5 years of experience related to software sales industry
•Degree in Engineering (Mech/ Civil/ Planning preferred) or equivalent experience. Management(MBA) Degree is preferred but not required.
•Excellent written and oral communication (including English speaking) with strong presentationskills is required.
•Computer savvy with the appropriate MS Office software applications. SAP Cloud for Sales(CFS) experience is plus.
Desired Skills:
•Acquaintance with Bentley software will be highly encouraged.
•Demonstrate effective collaboration with colleagues and build effective internal colleaguenetworks
•An understanding of Infrastructure projects in Mechanical/ Civil/ Geo-informatics Engineering isa plus.
