What Your Impact Will Look Like:

This isn't your average backend role. You'll be taking on complex challenges with real-world consequences, where your contributions truly matter.

• Architect for Scale: You will design and build robust, mission-critical cloud services using .NET (C#) that can handle the massive scale of global infrastructure projects.
• Master the Cloud-Native Ecosystem: Go beyond basic coding and dive deep into Kubernetes, deploying and managing services that are resilient, scalable, and observable.
• Own Your Craft, End-to-End: Embrace a true DevOps culture. You will own your features from the initial design, through a fully automated CI/CD deployment pipeline, and into production.
• Ensure Flawless Performance: Implement and master modern monitoring and observability tools like OpenTelemetry and Grafana to ensure our systems are not just running, but running flawlessly.
• Elevate the Team: Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement by sharing insights, supporting your colleagues, and championing technical quality.

The Skills You Bring to the Table:

We're looking for a builder at heart who is ready to take their skills to the next level. You are the perfect fit if you have:

• A strong foundation with at least 4 years in backend cloud service development, with a focus on .NET (C#).
• Hands-on experience in the trenches with Kubernetes, particularly with building or managing operators.
• A proven ability to build and manage CI/CD pipelines, turning code into production-ready software.
• A passion for system health, with experience using monitoring and observability tools.
• A solid grasp of OOP, data structures, and creating quality, testable code.
• A collaborative spirit and a drive to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or the equivalent in real-world, battle-tested experience).

Bonus Points if You Have Experience With:

• Navigating and understanding C++ codebases.

Please note if you are employed full-time, the salary for this position ranges from 3800 EUR gross (before taxes-Lithuania) depending on knowledge and experience.
