Business Consultant

Location: Netherlands (Hybrid)

Position Summary: 

Are you looking to take the next step in your consultancy career path?  Cohesive are looking for energized Business consultants to complement and enhance their growing team working for a wide variety of clients within the EMEA region.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Assessment of current asset and maintenance management processes
• Facilitation/documentation of both EAM system design workshops and process reengineering workshops
• Consulting/educating clients on EAM Best Practices and perform EAM system demonstrations.
• Coordinating data design and collection activities and controlling scope of project design.
• Oversight of development, testing, and deployment of technical solutions

What You Bring to The Team:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering and Management
• 2-4 years’ experience in the role of Business Consultant
• Key experience in Enterprise Asset Management, Service Management, Facility Management and/or Supply Chain
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within Asset intensive industries or Facility Management environment
• Proven business consultancy or project management experience on IT developments / implementations
• Experience with design, configuring and translating requirements into IT solutions.
• Familiarity with the integration of business solutions with (other) ERP solutions
• No problems in travelling or working on international projects with work area EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa).
• Travel indication 10-30%
