Director, HR Systems Transformation & Integration

 

 

Location: Hybrid- Exton Office or Home-based (East Coast required)

 

Position Summary:

 

Bentley is looking for a Director of HR Systems Transformation and Integration to play a pivotal role in the successful development, implementation, and optimization of our HR technology systems, including Workday HCM.

 

You will oversee the HR technology transformation strategy, roadmap, and architecture and will be responsible for ensuring that our HR technology ecosystem aligns with our strategic goals while supporting our global workforce effectively, with a particular focus on candidate, colleague, and manager experience.

 

This role requires both a visionary thought leader as well as someone who is ‘hands-on’ and dives into the details as needed to ensure a successful execution of required goals.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR technology strategy aligned with the organization's objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify HR technology needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead a team of HR technology professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Partner with the HR and information technology teams to understand and drive the strategy, roadmap and implementation of enterprise process, data and technology changes and implementations.
  • Provide strategic and operational oversight of the HR Data Analytics Manager to maximize technology capabilities in meeting current and long-term analytics requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation Workday HCM modules.
  • Ensure that existing HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors) are configured to support HR processes, compliance, and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and enhance system functionality.
  • Manage HR data integrity and security, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and technology enhancements.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency within the HR department by leveraging innovative technology solutions.
  • Monitor the performance of Colleague Success (HR) technology systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and working with IT teams to address technical issues and enhancements.
  • Stay connected to industry trends and emerging HR technology offerings as well as best practices.
  • Lead change management efforts related to HR technology initiatives, ensuring successful adoption among colleagues and managers.
  • Manage relationships with HR technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee service-level agreements.

 

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:

 

  • Senior HR leadership experience in a global organization, with emphasis on driving transformation and innovation initiatives.
  • Extensive experience with Workday HCM and hands-on experience implementing and optimizing Workday HCM and Workday Help solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of people technology systems and their ability to transform people processes.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and innovation in HR technology.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience working in a complex, global environment is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum travel required in the role.
  • Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).
