Associate Credit & Collections Portfolio Analyst

Position Summary:

 

The Credit & Collections team is a key component to Bentley’s overall Operations Advancement Organization. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our financial operations team. If you have good communication skills, are well organized, possess strong communication and numeracy abilities combined with an ability to multitask and hold yourself accountable, then this is the role for you. Accuracy, good comprehension of complex processes and willingness to work under pressure at times are requirements. Your Day-to-Day:

 

  • Deliver an extremely high level of user service by providing timely information, resolving disputes, credits, and Cloud Services Subscription statement processing and adjustments
  • Deliver exceptional first-line telephone and email support to users and reliably log user interactions in internal CRM system. 
  • As a first-line support team member, ensure the accurate routing of unrelated support issues to the appropriate queues and teams (phone and CRM system). 
  • Manage small portfolio of accounts as training for full portfolio later in year
  • Use collection module for sending dunning letters, statements, and invoices to users
  • Call delinquent accounts for payment info
  • Process user payments via Credit Card and handle user refund requests
  • Call on small balances for collection <$1,000
  • Complete Special Projects as needed
  • Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).

 

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Demonstrated excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills. 
  • SAP experience (or other ERP system equivalent in CRM and/or other application modules) highly regarded.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Team player – strong customer focus.
  • A quick learner and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker and strong ability to use initiative.
  • Works well within a team environment and brings a positive attitude. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
